Why YOU don't want to miss out: In the showcase, we will be answering the question: "What is traditional Chinese dance?" by taking our audience through the snow mountains of Tibet, the fun-filled river activities of Dai women, the legends of the beautiful and talented goddesses of Dun Huang, the strength of the Han spirit embodied in our newest, biggest dance, "Red Fans", and much, much more. We hope that through this performance, we can enlighten and captivate the campus community, expanding their understanding of "China" in a positive way. By breaking down cultural barriers, we firmly believe that people with different ideologies can connect with, learn from, and appreciate each other more thoroughly.
